“Freedom” Single is a riveting adventure through life, where struggles may come, freedom will abound! Facing hardships in school, finding out about grandma’s passing, and the personal struggles led to the creation of this song. It is a canvas of a journey to find exactly what the title suggests, freedom.

Currently released just for solo piano, but there will be future arrangements for more instruments and grandeur. I think it has a Celtic vibe to its melodic and rhythmic embellishments, and I originally wrote it to signify an eagle soaring over green fields. I thought of the butterfly later, as it signifies my grandma’s spirit.

The single for “Freedom” has been in the making for several years now, and was originally performed at my recital in my undergrad. Lucas Pimental mastered this when my mom was in surgery, thanks again for your work Luke! I released it on 7/2/21, and is now available everywhere to be streamed and purchased.
