At Michael Evan Moore Music, we strive to offer the best customer experience in everything we do. For that reason, we do not offer returns on any physical or digital items. The physical items in our store are 100% custom made and drop shipped directly from a fulfillment center, and a fee is deducted from the total of any digital/physical item returned.


As stated above, there are no refunds. Please do not ask for one, thank you.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at michaelevanmoore.media@gmail.com and our distributor will provide you with exchange instructions.

Only in extreme circumstances will we offer exchanges for any other reason.

Note: if you are unsure what size to purchase, it would be better to buy a size up, then a size down.

Shipping returns

To return your product (due to any reasons listed above), please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in that process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
